PUMP IT UP! LEVEL 1
Pump Tracks are not just fun, they’re a great workout! In Pump it Up Level 1 is an introduction to Pump Tracks. Learn to ride the track without pedalling, use your core muscles and build up speed as you circle the track! There’s no jumping in Level 1, just easy and fun rolling enough to join the kids at the local pump track or improve your cross country and downhill riding by maximizing the terrain!
Riders must have at least a basic ability to ride a bike over undulating terrain and comfort with tight turns. Pump it Up Level 1 runs once a week for 2 hours, for 4 weeks.
PUMP IT UP! LEVEL 2
In Pump it Up Level 2 you’ll really get going! Learn to get off the ground and “double” the rollers to maximise your speed and increase your physical ability at the same time. You’ll progress from the intermediate pump track to the advanced pump track and even the jump lines!
Riders must have intermediate riding skills at a minimum and be comfortable leaving the ground. Full face helmets are always recommended. Pump it Up Level 1 is recommended. Pump it Up Level 2 runs once a week for 2 hours, for 4 weeks.
