Program Details

Once a week for 8 weeks

Begins: February 28, 2024

Class Size: 10 persons per time slot

Available Time slots:

Afternoons

    • Wednesdays: 1:30pm – 2:30pm

Mornings

    • Thursdays: 6:30am – 7:30am

Included:

    • 8-Weeks (1hr per week) of personalized, bike-specific, strength and conditioning
    • Discounted 8-Week (1.5hr per week) optional, supplemental in-app strength & mobility program 
    • Bike & Helmet Rental at every session ($240 value!) 
    • Two-way communication with a your training coach for guidance and support

HOW TO REGISTER


  1. From the list below select your preferred start date in the calendar, Wednesday or Thursday. Note that after February 28 the only option is single sessions.
  2. Add the number of Participants to the right of the calendar.
  3. Then below the calendar review the block of times and dates and press Select if satisfied.
  4. You’ll then be asked for the participant’s information, and payment details.
  5. Note that a Pump Track lesson is not included but can be requested by clicking HERE. It is highly recommended to get the most out of this unique program.
  6. If a rental bike is required it can be rented FREE OF CHARGE when you arrive at North Shore Bike Park.
