SAFETY & CODE OF CONDUCT
Everyone, without exception, is invited to North Shore Bike Park to have fun and ensure everyone around you is having fun. At no time should your actions impose on any other guest's experience in a negative way.

Wearing of helmets in the terrain area is absolutely mandatory. Chin straps must be done up and the helmet stays on your head until you exit the terrain area.

Riders 7 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. You MUST keep eyes on your child and be ready to assist them in the event they fall, or put themselves or others in harms way.

Riders aged 8 through 11 require a guardian be present inside the bike park at all times. A guardian must be aged 12 and up and if not the parent then the guardian must be registered with us at the front desk.

You are responsible for your bike at all times. There is no releasing of your bike ever.

There is zero tolerance for riders under the influence of drugs, including Alcohol. You will not be allowed access or will be escorted from the park.

It is your responsibility to avoid other riders, obstacles, and elements within the park. When entering the terrain ALWAYS yield to riders already in motion.

Any abuse of another guest will not be tolerated and may result in ejection from the park and suspension of any membership.

Do not stop while on any terrain and observe the area in front of you to avoid collisions. If you or your child can not make it over the terrain on your own without stopping you must remove yourself to a lesser skilled area.

Keep away from areas of the park that are closed for any reason.

Always ride in the direction indicated by the signage.

Please assist other riders who may need help. In the event of an injured rider contact park staff who will deal with the injury accordingly.

No one should be on foot on the terrain with some exceptions including Lil Shredders mornings, some instruction, and other special programming. You may stand on the Start Deck but please stand against the wall and out of the way of riders.

Any intentional damaging of the park will earn you a lifetime ban.
