A long time North Shore resident, Kelli was born and raised in the West Kootenays, near Nelson BC, where she found her passion for mountain biking in the mid 1990’s.

Since then, Kelli has established herself as a highly respected professional instructor, retired racer, advisor, business owner, mother and mentor throughout Canada.

Kelli is not only the President and Director of Operations at Endless Biking, she also is a co-founder, course conductor, technical team advisor & director for the PMBIA (Professional Mountain Bike Instructor Association). 

Kelli is currently is a board member with the MBTA (Mountain Bike Tourism Association, an advisor for the NSMBA (North Shore Mountain Biking Association) and an Athlete Mentor with the Ride Like a Girl program.



Darren has established himself as one of the true professionals of the mountain bike industry. From his early years of the First Red Bull Rampage, to the original TV series of Drop In, followed by a 20+ year coaching career, Darren has inspired riders all over the world.

Darren is a co-founder of Endless Biking, a co-founder of the PMBIA and now the North Shore Bike Park, adding to his legacy of contributions to the Mountain Bike community & culture of BC.

Over the years, Darren has been involved in countless contests, events, competitions as well as the building and maintenance of bike parks and trails around the world. Darren’s well rounded experiences make him a great fit as part of our team.



As owner of one of the North Shore’s most recognised sales and service businesses for over 30 years , Obsession:Bikes, James is also one of the most recognized riders on the ‘Shore.

James has helped shape the sport and the local trails into the world renowned MTB community it is today.

Being a former BC Cup Champion XC and a Silver Medalist at the Nationals could be viewed as high points but it was really the community that James found so endearing.  And so James is deeply connected to local efforts to get people, young and old, into the lifestyle of cycling.



Ashley has extensive experience in the real estate industry which he got involved in when he was just 21 years old. As an entrepreneur he has operated his own real estate development company for over 30 years and has been involved in other business ventures including film production clothing and now indoor bike parks…

Ashley’s love of the North Shore mountains and trails is what inspired him to move here 28 years ago. He has many passions and when he’s not hiking the local trails he can usually be found keeping active on the hockey rink the golf course cycling or on the ocean swimming kayaking or paddleboarding. He also loves travelling and exploring new parts of the world but spends a lot of his vacation time on the Big Island of Hawaii.


Mike’s background in Product Management extends back more than 30 years, first in video games with Electronic Arts and SEGA and more recently with outdoor brand Arc’teryx Equipment.

Long before taking up mountain biking, Mike was a sponsored BMX’er, performing shows and competing in freestyle events in the 80’s. Mike has since taken up BMX racing restored old-school bikes for fun, as a member of North Shore BMX.




Finance + Operations
A former Director of Finance at SEGA Corporation and THQ, and Director of Finance at Electronic Arts, Curtis leads the financial strategy and day-to-day operations at West Coast Bike Parks.


Business Development + Strategic Partnerships
Ed has enjoyed riding XC mtb since he was 10 years old and gravitated to trail/DH over the last 10 years, as well as discovering gravel riding.

Ed is a corporate sales professional by trade; he started with the Barclays group where he went from financial planning to investment banking, then moved into the technology sector. His key skills are strategic relationship management, business development, risk management, strategic negotiations and contract management. 

He speaks 4 languages fluently and has operated in a number of countries but has decided that the North Shore will be his forever home.



The founder of The Biking Lawyer LLP, Joel is also a wildy diverse rider of several disciplines of cycling.

Joel has represented cyclists across Canada for a variety of biking related issues. He is passionate about growing a healthy, safe cycling community.


Technology + Growth
Alex is an entrepreneur and product leader specialised in driving growth with over 15 years of experience working in both fast-paced tech startups and established technology leaders.

Alex is currently a Senior Manager of Product, Experimentation, Behavioural Science at Mozilla and until recently a Principal Product Manager Lead at Microsoft.


Social Media Management
Tao grew up skiing and mountain biking in Banff, Alberta and throughout the interior of British Columbia. Having moved to North Vancouver in 2017 to study at Capilano University, Tao fell in love with both the riding and the community on the North Shore.

In 2021, Tao graduated from Capilano University with a Diploma in Outdoor Recreation Management and a Bachelor of Tourism Management - During his studies, he took a keen interest in mountain bike tourism, adventure tourism, and marketing.

Having previously worked in Retail Management for Canadian Mountain Holidays, and currently working as a member of the Management Team for Endless Biking, Tao prides himself on creating an unforgettable customer journey.



Sustainability + Programming
Alejandro is an investor and entrepreneur with experience in corporate finance as well as tech, food, retail and sports industries.

Alejandro currently manages the bookings department at Endless Biking as well as being an in-house instructor and guide. His unwavering passion for the great outdoors is reflected in his need to protect them.
